A production bible of the entertainment “Solace in Snowfall” transmedia campaign.

Challenged with a personal transmedia campaign, I focused on the entertainment field tied around my mascot, Snowbun. I created a 94-page document showcasing the development of the business plan, treatment of story development and posting schedule, branding guidelines and design, technological aspects, and the results of my two-week campaign.

Throughout the campaign, I conducted audience research surveys to collect demographic and personal interest information from my freelance art and design clients and social media audience - I translated all of this data into the selected marketing persona, Micah Duong.

Results Summary:

I achieved all of my set goals and KPIs for my transmedia campaign, far exceeding my estimated results of 25 new followers across social media platforms, a minimum of 5 views on the Twitch live stream event, and at least 1,000 impressions across Instagram and Twitter.

I garnered over 40,000 social media impressions, over 1,200 likes, 712 comments, and 46 new followers/subscribers across the selected social media platforms of Twitter (now X), Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.

The hosting website, janarowe.com/sis, received over 375 unique visits with a total of 649 clicks - leading to a staggering 220% increase in views and a bounce rate of 57%, compared to the 33.33% of the prior two weeks.
