Reference Images - don’t have any? That’s okay! Please provide a detailed textual reference - having pictures with general ideas, Pinterest boards, and/or inspirations is highly suggested! There will be an additional fee if I am designing the character.

Please refer to the template and include all of the required information in the email. You can rearrange the format as much as you like, as long as the information is completed.

I will respond to you as soon as possible (usually within 3 business days) to send you a quote and discuss any further details.

All prices listed on my website are for personal usage only. For commercial commissions, please contact me!

✦ Invoices ✦

All Invoice(s) will be sent through PayPal. If PayPal is inaccessible to you, let me know and see what we can agree upon.

You will not receive the final piece until payment is paid in full.

✦ Delivery ✦

Traditional commissions have the option of being mailed directly to you. Please indicate you would like the final piece mailed to you and your country of residence for a quote on shipping costs. For U.S. residents, shipment will usually be processed through USPS.

Shipping costs will be included in the invoice! 

✦ Usage Rights ✦

Commercial use of any personal commission is prohibited.

If you wish to use your commissions for commercial means, please clearly establish this in the initial inquiry email.

Once the commission is accepted, I will start with the concept or sketch based on the information provided to me through the inquiry email.

Sketches will then be sent to you for approval and/or alterations. I will not go any further until I receive a form of payment.

Finished digital pieces will be emailed in high resolution .png format, 300 dpi. If requested, I can include the original file (.psd, .ai, .indd, etc.).

If the commission is traditional, you have the option of having it shipped directly to you! Please provide your country of residence so shipping can be included within the initial quote.

I will not physically deliver any digital pieces.

If there is a particular deadline you need the piece by, please notify me in the initial emails of the commission.

Timing and situations of commission completion can vary greatly depending on my personal workload. I will keep you updated through messages or email on commission delays.

If the situation no longer works for you, we can negotiate a refund excluding the product.
